Where can I drop off my laundry?

You can drop off your wash and fold laundry at our storefront on Jordan Crossing Blvd.

When can I drop off my laundry?

Drop off your laundry or dry cleaning.

Monday through Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm

Tailoring services are available Monday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm.

What products do you use for wash and fold?

We wash your laundry using high quality detergents, with a fragrance free option available. If you have a detergent you love, you are welcome to provide it and we will use it for your order. Every wash includes stain boosting and fabric softener at no extra charge.

How much does wash and fold cost?

Our wash and fold service is $2.85 per pound with next business day turnaround. Same day service and a no fold option are also available.

*These items require separate washing and extended drying time, which is why they are billed individually. Comforters in particular take several hours to dry on low heat to protect the fill and fabric.

Is there a minimum?

Wash and fold orders have a $25 minimum.

Pickup and delivery orders have a $45 minimum.

What is the turnaround time for wash and fold?

Our wash and fold service is $2.85 per pound with next business day turnaround. Same day service is also available.

Do you wash my laundry with other customer orders?

Your laundry is always washed separately. No mixing. No mix ups. Just your items, cleaned your way.

How is wash & fold laundry priced?

Wash & fold pricing is typically based on weight and item type. Final pricing is confirmed before processing so there are no surprises.

Can I mix different fabric types in one wash & fold order?

Yes. Everyday clothing can be mixed in a single order, but delicate or specialty items should be noted separately for proper handling.

Do you check pockets before washing?

Yes. Our team checks pockets before washing, but we recommend customers remove valuables beforehand to avoid damage or loss.

How is laundry folded and packaged after cleaning?

Clean laundry is neatly folded, sorted by item type, and packaged to stay organized and ready to use upon return.

What happens if an item is damaged or shrinks?

We follow care label instructions, but natural wear, fabric condition, or manufacturer issues can affect results. If concerns arise, contact us right away.

Can I add special instructions to my wash & fold order?

Absolutely. You can request preferences such as cold wash, air dry, or separating certain items by adding notes with your order.

Is wash & fold suitable for large household loads?

Yes. Wash & fold service is ideal for busy households, families, and large weekly loads that need consistent, reliable cleaning.

How much does wash & fold laundry service cost?

Wash & fold service is priced per pound, with rates based on volume and service type. Your total is calculated after weighing your laundry, and pricing is always communicated clearly before processing. For current rates or large loads, we recommend requesting a quote.

Pickup & Delivery Questions

When do you offer pickup and delivery?

We offer pickup and delivery services Monday through Saturday.

How much does pickup & delivery service cost?

Pickup and delivery is included with every order.


Weekly or biweekly service is $2.75 per pound. One time service is $2.85 per pound.


A $45 order minimum applies.

Is there a minimum order?

There is a $45 minimum order for all pickup and delivery orders.

What can I expect for my first laundry service?

On your scheduled pickup day, a Luxe driver will arrive during your selected time window. Please have your laundry ready in a securely closed bag. Separate any stained items or pieces that need special care and include a note with your instructions. We are not able to read individual care labels.

Be sure to check all pockets before pickup. Luxe Cleaners and Laundry is not responsible for items left in pockets or damage caused by them.

From there, we take care of everything.

The next business day, your laundry is delivered back to you during your confirmed delivery window. You will receive a text when your order is on the way and again once it has been delivered.

How do I schedule a pickup?

Scheduling a pickup is simple. Just click Schedule a Pickup and enter your information.

What is the turnaround time?

Our turnaround time for our pickup and delivery service next day! This does exclude Sundays

Do I have to be home when you pick up or deliver my clothes?

You do not need to be home for pickup. Just tell us in the Driver’s Notes where your laundry will be left so our driver can find it. Please choose a secure location. Luxe Cleaners and Laundry is not responsible for items left in unsecured areas.

What if I want my laundry done a certain way?

When you place an order, use the Preferences section to share any special laundry instructions. We save them and follow them on every future order.

Can you do stain removal?

Yes, we offer light stain treatment. Place stained items in a separate bag and note them in your Preferences or include a note in the bag so our team knows to give them extra attention. If you know the source of the stain, include that as well. It helps us choose the right treatment.

We will always do our best, but stain removal is not guaranteed since results depend on fabric type, stain type, and how long the stain has set. Pre treating stains before pickup can improve results.

If you do not separate stained items, we can inspect and pre treat all laundry for an additional $0.45 per pound.

Is there a contract or long term commitment?

There is no contract. Use the service whenever you want and stop anytime. We keep you by doing the job right.

How will I be billed?

We collect your card when you place an order, but it is not charged until your laundry is completed.

If the card on file is declined, your order will not be delivered. You are responsible for updating your payment method. Once our driver has completed their route for the day, we are unable to return for redelivery.

What should I put my dirty laundry in?

Place your laundry in a laundry bag or sturdy trash bag that closes securely. We offer reusable Luxe laundry bags for purchase, but they are not required. Regular trash bags work just fine.

How much are reusable Luxe laundry bags?

At checkout, you can purchase a reusable Luxe laundry bag if you want one, but it is not required. Any bag works, including securely tied trash bags.

Our reusable bag options:

Small holds 1 to 2 loads for $8
Large holds 3 to 4 loads for $12

A Luxe garment bag is $25

What happens if I go out of town?

If you are on a recurring schedule and going out of town, you can pause your service anytime in your account.
